Went to the cub scout family camp out this weekend. The kids had a blast running around in the woods like wild children. It's amazing how relaxing it is to camp when I don't have to set up or do the food.
Poor campers. This was Joshua's first camp out. He usually sleeps through the night quite nicely - not at camp though. Note to myself: next camp out Joshua needs his own place to sleep, like a play pen or something. That would probably help. The camp might have slept in past 6 a.m. if my little alarm clock hadn't awakened everyone.
Everyone took home a souvenir too - chiggers! Yea! Poor Simon was absolutely COVERED! I think Josh and Allen were the only ones who came away chigger free.
